"Cravings aren't a character flaw. They're information."

— Dr. Cindy Armano

"It's not that I don't know what to eat. It's that I can't stop myself in that moment."

If you've ever stood in the kitchen at 9pm wondering why you're doing the very thing you promised yourself you wouldn't — this is for you.

Does any of this feel familiar?

You're smart, accomplished, and self-aware. So why does this one thing keep happening?

🌙

The 9pm pull

You've been so good all day. And then something shifts — stress, boredom, loneliness, exhaustion — and you're in the kitchen before you've even made a conscious decision.

🔁

The cycle that won't break

You've tried the diets. The apps. The willpower. They work for a while. Then life happens, and you're right back where you started — feeling worse than before.

💭

The story you tell yourself

"What's wrong with me? I should be able to do this." You've started to wonder if this is just who you are. A person without control. You're not. That's not what's happening.

😶‍🌫️

Eating to avoid feeling

You know on some level that the sugar isn't really about hunger. It's about something else — something you haven't fully looked at yet. That's where the real work is.

🏠

Hidden from everyone

You look like you have it together. You are capable and successful. So this private battle with food feels especially shameful. It shouldn't. And it doesn't have to stay secret.

📉

The energy and mood toll

You've started to connect the dots — the afternoon crash, the brain fog, the low moods. But you've never had anyone sit down with you and explain what's actually happening in your body.

There is nothing wrong with you.

You've been given the wrong information and the wrong tools. Most of what you've been taught about cravings, willpower, and food is simply incomplete. Once you understand what's really going on — in your body, your history, and your habits — everything changes.

I didn't need to change my life. I needed to heal what was underneath it.

I grew up eating sugar constantly — Froot Loops, Pop-Tarts, cookies, ice cream after dinner. It was just normal. And for most of my adult life, I believed what so many of us were taught: that fat was the enemy, that cravings meant weakness, that the answer was to eat less and exercise more.

It was everywhere — in magazines, from doctors, from the culture around us. And when it didn't work, we assumed the problem was us. It wasn't. The information was simply wrong. It missed everything that actually matters — biology, stress, relationships, the emotional and social patterns that quietly drive our choices every single day.

Then I went to chiropractic college. And the connection between food, physiology, emotions, and behavior absolutely fascinated me. I started to see it wasn't weakness at all. It was information I had never been given.

What I didn't realize for years is that I didn't need more willpower. I didn't need my life to look different or my relationships to be easier. What I needed was an internal state change — one that came from within, in the moment, when the craving hit. Nobody taught me I could learn to shift out of a difficult moment. That craving sugar and processed food was coming from a deeper place — and that once I understood why, from all the angles, the compulsion began to lose its grip. I learned how to heal what was underneath.

And that's what's possible for you. Not someday — when life gets easier or the stress settles down. Now. You can learn to move through the moment that used to own you. You can understand yourself at a level that makes the craving make sense. And when something makes sense, it loses its power over you. That's not willpower. That's freedom.

The Method

The Craving Interrupt

An 8-week deep-dive into the physical, emotional, and identity patterns that keep you stuck — and a repeatable protocol for navigating out of the trigger moment and back to yourself.

01
Weeks 1–3

Understand

The lightbulb phase. You'll finally understand why this is happening — in your body, your history, and your nervous system.

  • How blood sugar drives cravings in real time
  • The emotional patterns under your habits
  • Where this started (it's not where you think)
  • Why willpower was never the answer
02
Weeks 4–6

Navigate

The practical phase. You'll learn a real-time micro-protocol to move from hijacked → regulated → choiceful in the exact moment a craving hits.

  • Urge tolerance without white-knuckling
  • Nervous system downshift tools
  • Pattern interruption in the craving window
  • Communicating your needs to the people around you
03
Weeks 7–8

Become

The identity phase. Real change happens when you begin to see yourself differently. You rewire — not by force, but by understanding.

  • Shifting your internal story from broken → whole
  • Rebuilding trust with yourself
  • Excavating the woman who was always there
  • Making change that actually lasts

What becomes possible

This is what women who've done this work tell me — not what I promise, but what they experience.

You leave the store as yourself

You walk down the aisle, feel the pull — and walk out without buying it. Not through willpower. Through understanding.

You stop fighting yourself

The exhausting internal battle quiets down. Because when you understand the pattern, you're no longer at war with it.

Your energy and mood shift

You connect the dots in real time — what you ate, how you feel, what changed. That awareness changes everything.

The shame dissolves

You stop seeing this as a character flaw. You start seeing it as information. That shift alone is life-changing.

You find your voice

You learn to ask for what you need — in the kitchen, in your relationships, in your own skin. That's the deeper work.

You excavate yourself

The woman who was buried under years of conditioning, misinformation, and coping patterns starts to come back. She was always there.

I thought I just had no willpower. Cindy helped me understand that what I was calling weakness was actually my nervous system trying to regulate itself. That realization changed everything. I stopped blaming myself — and then I actually started changing.

The lightbulb went on in our very first session. I'd spent thirty years thinking something was wrong with me. Cindy didn't fix me — she helped me understand myself. And that's what actually created change. I no longer even battle with myself the way I used to.

I came in wanting to talk about sugar. I ended up understanding my childhood, my relationships, and why I'd been avoiding certain feelings my entire adult life. It's the most valuable thing I've ever done for myself. I can't recommend Cindy enough.
